Jennifer Bonasia, owner and broker of JB Home Sellers, has made the home building industry her career for the past 20 years. She has run a home building division for a Fortune 100 company and throughout her career has specialized in the Sales and Marketing of new homes.
Throughout her tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national public home builder, Jennifer trained and mentored one of the strongest and most successful sales teams in the country, ranking number one in the nation out 400 home building divisions in customer satisfaction as measured by Aliant Survey Systems. Her teams were consistently ranked at the top within her company via both Aliant and JD Power customer survey results.
Jennifer’s Real Estate experience began in the sales arena and grew to incorporate design development of homes and communities, training and team building in all operations within a home building division and executive management. Her passion for the industry has helped her create some of the most successful communities in San Diego County, both within and outside of master planned communities. Her leadership brought together all the aspects of a successful new home community including on-target sales, effective loan and escrow coordination, quality construction practices all leading to on-time closings with high customer satisfaction.
